We were engaged by one of Australia’s leading wealth advisors to assist in te launch of his new coaching program.
The client was well known in their space and had sold his coaching programs before, with limited success.
We were contracted to advise on the sales and launch process for this new coaching program with the goal of driving prospects to book a call through the landing page and marketing automation we put in place.
In the first week of the campaign, we secured and confirmed 16 new clients worth over $48,000.00 for the client.
The client was offering his new training program for $2997.00
The client had a strong database of existing clients and was well known in his industry, but had no social footprint, marketing automation and sales process in place to showcase his new training program.
After 2 previous attempts to launch a coaching program with limited success and poor client feedback, he decided to go "all in" on attempt 3 and engage KONVERTLI to assist in the optimisation of the sales and marketing process.
This included our "pay on performance" sales team to close new members into the program via value-added phone outreach.
Our team provided consulting, marketing automation and digital funnel setup to ensure that the clients goals were met.
We then added further value by gaining new revenue for this coaching program by closing 16 new members within the first week of launch.
We worked with the client to gain access to training materials to understand the solution, as well as re-write their sales script to be more conversational, using storytelling frameworks as well as using more collaborative language and techniques.
We then performed a sales campaign focused on client outcomes and value-based conversation.
